Don’t rush just follow the steps

by June Beezy

You have to stick it out but in my honest opinion, find someone who already is doing it. It’s easier and you should always take advantage of someone else’s experience when trying to figure things out. Internet marketing is just like anything else, you have to put the time and effort in to reap the rewards.

It’s unfortunate that people want to be instant millionaires. What you need to realize is even ten thousand dollars a month can create a phenomenal income for you. See marketing on the internet is great, but just like any business, you have to know what you are doing. At least know the technical parts such as building a website.

I say that all you have to do is offer something unique to the world. You know how you keep hearing when you talk to search engine optimizers and webmasters, they are always talking about “Unique Content”? That is all their is to it! Offer something new to the world and you will be a star on the internet.

So my future projects include music sites and I know I’m going to be a success because I have the skills and the passion required. Plus I know no one is going to offer what I offer. I’m offering the world ‘unique content’. You also have too look at things through Google’s point of view.

Think of unique content as the foundation. If you lay the foundation properly, which I warn you, will take time, your skyscraper will go straight through the roof in just seconds. It is just how things work in nature, and this is how they will work in your internet business. You hear people talk about how hard it was and how much work they’ve put in which has finally paid off, well this is exactly what they are talking about.

Want To Be A Xango Distributor

When I started using Xango mangosteen juice, I was excited about how it made my body feel. I wasn’t even taking into consideration at that time the prospect of a Xango’s full-time business opportunity. It was the furtherest thing from my mind, One day I was ordering more Xango juice from my supplier, and out of the blue he asked me if I was interested in starting my own business as a Xango distributor. It really peaked my interest, because I love the product so much.

Getting Started As A Xango Distributor

The business opportunity Xango offers is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunuity. My first instincts was to get started right away. I knew that if I love the products this much, then there has to be many others who would be right there with me in buying the product. Except this time, I would be selling the mangosteen juice product, Xango.

It is amazingly easy to become a Xango distributor. I chose the first do it straight through my supplier, who helped me along in the process. It is not hard at all to sign up with Xango.. Many people like to use the internet site that the referring Xango distributor sends them to, but I happen to like using a live person to guide me through a new process like that.

The Success of Xango Depends on Us

Its easy to see the success of what thousands of Xango distrubors have done around the world. The testimonies of all the business successes of Xango entreprenuers around the globe are countless. And for Xango, the company, to be able to reach the masses with this product, it takes good distributors. Xango is a network of ordinary people doing extraordinary things in the business world and the health industry.

Be Successful

I will not lie, the money is good, but that is not the only reason I pursued this opportunity. It was important to me that I become a blessing to many other people who really need this product. Its anti-inflammatory properties are amazing. If you decide to become a Xango distributor, you will find that the product is easy to sell. Pretty much all you have to do is share the facts with friends and family.

Think about what you can do to help people. It just doesn’t get any better than Xango’s mangosteen juice selling opportunity known as a Xango distributorship. It is important to remember that if you are going to succeed in this business, or any other for that matter, you need to market it. Henry David Thoreau said, “Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.” So what are you waiting for?

How To Get More Referrals For Your Business

You want to be successful in your business?  Then you need get  referrals to help grow your business… You see there is tremendous value in  turning your customers into your biggest fans and strongest salespeople.  I know that sounds good on paper, but how do you really  do it in real life?  I’m going to quickly show you the best time to bring up referrals and a proven system to use. Sounds good?  Lets get started!

Most “so-called” experts state that the best time for you to get referrals is after you have sold the customer on your product or service. While this sort of works, it doesn’t even come close to being an effective way. If you’ve tried it, you know what I’m saying.

The problem with waiting until you sold the product or service to you  customer lies in your brain. Through evolution, the brain adapted to pay attention to what’s immediate, and to ignore things that are finished.

Your see…. your  brain is programmed to pay attention to what’s immediately of consequence. Now what just happened is already starting to fade away. When you are in the middle of doing a task you can hold all the details in mind to a very exacting degree. A couple days after you have finished, many of those details have faded, because you are on to the next important things.

Now there is an area in your brain labeled the “reticular activated system” (RAS). It’s been called the attention center of the brain. One of it’s numerous jobs is to selectively direct attention to things that are significant to you right now.

Now let me ask you, have you ever noticed how, once you like a certain car, you start to see that car  everywhere? Did that car  just suddenly appear or was it there all along?  Your RAS responds to your interest by making the cars noticeable. They were there all along, before you liked them but they were not important so the RAS ignored them.

Now the RAS is a survival tool. Our  ancestors had to notice the sabre tooth tigers hiding in the forest, so the RAS evolved to pay attention to the important and ignore what isn’t.  Now your probably asking yourself, How do you use that to your advantage with customers?

You simply talk about getting referrals right away!

For example, lets say you’re talking to your customer for the first time… you can say something like, “Mrs. Jones, I only will take you on as a client if I am absolutely convinced that I can over-deliver exactly what you need.

Now,one of the big reasons I do that is because I get more of my business by referral.

My business uses referrals to spread the word. And to make sure that happens I will keep working until you are happy.

A couple of things about that. First of all, Mrs. Jones if you refer someone to me, I won’t give you a free toaster or a trip to Mexico.  I provide my clients with the best pricing possible, so I  haven’t built in awards, prizes or cash back if someone refers me.

I just make a firm commitment  that I’ll provide you with the best service at a great price.

Now I will commit to act professionally and with courtesy in all dealings with you… and I will offer that same level of service to your family and friends!

I only have one request: If we work together, may I have  your permission to  periodically check with you to see if you are totally satisfied?”

Now you don’t have to say that word for word. Use your own unique personality.  Now when you ask for the referrals  in the beginning, your customer’s RAS gets a chance to start thinking  for ideal candidates for your product or service, while you are important to your customer. Doing it this way, your referrals will be much more effective.

If you ask in this way, you will notice your referrals increasing, your business will be growing and you will be successful in what ever you do!   Without their having to work at it, your customer’s RAS will be compelled to find friends that will benefit from working with you.  So ask for the referral in beginning, make you sure you do your best to satisfy your customer and you will have the rewards that you deserve!

God bless,
Felix

The Characteristics to be an Effective Entrepreneur

Before a doctor diagnoses a specific disease, his patient must undergo a series of laboratory exams and assessments. He has to know the history of his patient and how lifestyle affected his present health problem. As results come in, that would be an indication of the time when a physician gives specific drugs and therapies for maintenance. This will eventually contribute to the level of optimum health for that individual. If all else fails, the process will be repeated again.

Similar to what the abovementioned situation has stated, an entrepreneur’s responsibility would be pretty much the same. It’s just that, he should see his customers as his patients and what they must have to survive a present predicament or a need. He must follow certain steps before doing anything irrational that could contribute to the downfall of his business. He should have certain characteristics innate in his personality for if he lacks one of these, he’s most probably doomed to fail.

Entrepreneurship is collectively defined as exhibiting one’s vision, taking action, and pursuing that vision as a goal to be achieved in life as service to reality. In the meaningless definition, it’s getting your butt out of that couch and doing something rather than fulfilling your life’s destiny of being a couch potato. Stated below are some of the distinct attitudes an entrepreneur should positively have:

• Optimism – is foreseeing things in a positive way notwithstanding any circumstances that may hinder progress. The assertiveness of an individual depends on his knowledge of how to handle a difficult situation

• Creativity – is thinking outside the box. Expanding one’s mind of what is beyond the ordinary through fine research and collection of data.

• Stability – either physical, mental, social or emotional, a leader must possess a stable life which means he could handle tough situations during tough times

• Charismatic – intelligence of communicating with different walks of life. Who says a charming man is less than an intelligent one? A good entrepreneur must have the certain magic glistening in his eyes and could convey enchanting words to get hold of that convincing power no one dare resist.

• Risk-taker – as someone beginning his own dream, he should be stern and must have the guts and the balls to take the big leap of plunging into his own doom or success. He should not be afraid of taking chances when opportunity strikes.

• Energetic – willing to do whatever it takes to reach to the finish line. His drive must always be at its highest level for being an entrepreneur would make you work overtime. His enthusiasm must prevail the next best thing.

• Time bound – like a written report in a newspaper, an entrepreneur must be on the top of every innovation. By looking at our past, we could predict our future.

Small businesses, in time, would turn out big if the scope of management exceeds what is expected. So it is necessary for a beginner to be positive about his endeavors. He must be very observant of what his environment lacks and needs. He should have sturdy shoulders to put on extra weight of carrying a responsibility that could change his or her life.

One’s greatest failure is sticking with the mentality of being conventional. This would be one of an entrepreneur’s greatest downfalls. Think big. Act. Make your business dreams come true.

God Bless,

Felix

What is an Entrepreneur?

People enjoy a lot of comforts as they go through life each day. Have you ever wondered who are responsible for all these life’s comforts? You have to thank the entrepreneurs for it. But, what is an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneur has many meanings. If you want to know exactly what it means, just keep on reading.

A person who assumes business responsibility and the risks that comes along with it is called an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, one expects to make profits, whether big or small, depending on the business he or she is involved in. generally, the entrepreneur decides which product or service to offer, obtain the needed facilities, hires the required labor force, acquire production materials, and provides for the capital.

There is no assurance that the business will become a success. However, if the business proves to be a success, the entrepreneur will reap all the benefits and rewards in terms of the profits. In case of a loss, the entrepreneur will also be the one to suffer.

Assuming business responsibilities is definitely not an easy task. Not many individuals are willing to take huge responsibilities, and most especially take all the risks. Only an experienced and knowledgeable individual will dare to become an entrepreneur. The ultimate goal of an entrepreneur is to earn profits.

By putting up a small business, you will also earn limited returns but by establishing a big business, you will also earn more profits. The choice will depend on the entrepreneur and his or her available resources.

As the most important person in a business venture, an entrepreneur will be the one to decide which product or service to offer. He or she must be able to determine the needs of the people and provide the answer to such needs. A careful study of the targeted market is required. This takes time because one can’t decide immediately what product or service to offer.

Once the products or services are identified, it is now time for the entrepreneur to obtain all the needed facilities. This will include the building or the place of business.

Along with it are the other things needed such as the office furniture, fixtures, and many other things. The capital is usually provided by the entrepreneur and a part of it will be allotted for the acquisition of the facilities. Later on, these things will be considered as one of the assets of the business.

Recruitment of the labor force is also an important part of being an entrepreneur. The business will not succeed if it doesn’t have a loyal labor force. Everyone should work together in order to achieve success. It is therefore of utmost importance to hire only the qualified employees.

As you can see, the entrepreneur has to take care of many things. This may be one reason why not many individuals are willing to become one. If the business succeeds or fails, it is all because of the entrepreneur.

Now that you know what an entrepreneur is, would you like to become one? Well, if you have the right attitude, skills, and qualifications, you too can become an entrepreneur. It would be best to embark on a humble beginning. Don’t attempt to reach the peak of success all at once. It takes hard work, dedication, and perspiration. You must take one step at a time.

God Bless,

Felix

Be Your Own Boss

One thing that is great about have a home based business, whether its a traditional business,Network Marketing or franchise.  You get to be your own boss.  No body telling when you when to take a lunch, how long you have for lunch, what time to come in and what time to leave, etc.  Where you get paid what your worth, not some one else telling you  what your worth.    You see….  I just got a phone call from one of my friends.  He told me he got laid off  from his job.   A couple months ago, I introduced him  to my business,he told me that it wasn’t for him.  I know if he had partnered with me , he would had something to fall back on.  Now he has to explain, to every prospective  employer why he got fired.  I wanted  tell me  ” I told you so” and that ” how times do you have to get fired,or laid off for you realize that is best to be your own boss and don’t worry about that happening”.  I didn’t tell him, cause he has to decide for himself.

Being in business for yourself is not for everyone.  There are people that simply don’t want to change what they are used to.  They are afraid to get out of there comfort zone.   They feel that there job gives them security.  But how  secured  is that job, when any day they can just lay you off or fire you.

The real security in life is to be your own boss.    Not only will you reap the rewards that you built, but you can truly leave a legacy for your family!
